Integral Staff is recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing air conditioning business looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their skilled team. The Role:

You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems. This includes splits, multi-split systems, and VRV/VRF systems in various environments. Your technical knowledge and hands-on experience will ensure top-quality work is delivered across every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of all types of air conditioning systems
• Fault diagnosis and repair of A/C systems
• Regular servicing and maintenance to ensure system efficiency
• Working across commercial and residential properties
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

Areas of Expertise:

• Split systems
• Multi-split systems
• VRV/VRF systems
• General A/C maintenance and fault finding
• Full installations and commissioning

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and controls
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time
• Full UK driving license
