Qualifications

• Proven experience working with HVAC systems, including HIUs, FCUs, and MVHR units.
• Full UK driving licence and familiarity with London's road network.
• Registered under CIS, with valid UTR and NIN numbers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair a range of HVAC systems.
• Perform installations and commissioning efficiently.
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance to ensure functionality.

Skills

Experience with HVAC systems (HIUs, FCUs, MVHR)

Knowledge of plumbing and heating systems

Technical certifications in plumbing, heating, or HVAC

F-Gas certification

Proficient in English

Understanding of UK building regulations
