Responsibilities
- Perform general servicing on vehicles.
- Conduct repairs of vehicle defects.
- Prepare and perform MOT-related work.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly.
- Complete necessary paperwork.
- Run diagnostics on vehicle systems.

Education
We are recruiting on behalf of our Automotive busy fleet workshop client for an LCV Technician / Van Technician based in the Swansea area.
- Starting salary from £20 per hour (£42,000 basic wage)
- Access to an annual commitment bonus paying circa £600
- Profit share bonus scheme dependent on the company's annual performance (paid £700 per person in 2024)
- Overtime, subject to availability, paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half
- 23 days annual leave plus Christmas and New Year off (other bank holidays are to be worked as and when they fall on your schedule)

- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, with working hours from 6:30am-6:30pm
- General Servicing
- Repair of Vehicle Defects
- MOT preparation and repair work
- Vehicle Inspection
- Completion of associated paperwork
- Diagnostics
- Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a LCV Technician / Van Technician
- Working experience within a busy LCV Workshop
- Have an up-to-date knowledge of current repair methods
- Driving Licence is Essential
The salary of this Van Technician position is £42,000 basic with OTE of £43,300.
