About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Investment & Sustainability, you will hold an important role as a hands-on team leader, managing your own caseload while actively leading and supporting your team of Maintenance Inspectors, to ensure delivery of day-to-day repairs, damp and mould works and inspections, to a consistently high standard.
As Maintenance Team Leader you will be responsible for taking a proactive approach to ensuring resident safety, particularly in relation to damp and mould issues, by identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring homes remain safe and habitable.
You will be accountable for the successful delivery of operations targets, compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Our successful candidate will be an exceptional relationship builder, leading by example and actively supporting a team culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Travel across our areas of operation will be an important part of the role, therefore a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
