Role Overview

At Frazer-Nash, we help our clients solve complex challenges to create a more sustainable world. We are looking for an Associate Client Director to support a major multi-national company within the UK energy sector. Working alongside a Client Director, you will help shape, secure, and deliver large, complex consultancy engagements, positioning Frazer-Nash as a trusted strategic and delivery partner. This is a senior, client-facing role with substantial impact on growth, delivery excellence and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in a global energy utility, to create a multi-functional network and developing a deep understanding of the client priorities
  • Oversee, shape and manage complex bids and proposals across energy transition, infrastructure and transformation programmes, and work with a multi-disciplined capability team to support the relevant value propositions
  • Manage delivery of critical, multi-disciplinary consultancy projects, engaging with the client throughout the process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Enhance commercial results by overseeing budgets, risks, and profitability and working with the delivery teams to make sure that expenditure is aligned
  • Bring market insight on the energy sector, regulatory environments and emerging technologies to the wider Frazer-Nash organisation
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in sales, illustrating proficiency in negotiation and contract completion
  • Extensive consultancy experience in energy, utilities or regulated infrastructure
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating with large electricity and/or gas utility clients, System Integrators or Business Integrators
  • Established record in business development, bid leadership and complex delivery
  • Commercially proficient with highly skilled stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Efficient communications and presentation skills

Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
