• You will lead, drive, and manage engagements to achieve revenue and consumption targets consistently.
• You will leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth, expanding Azure usage by cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft programs and solutions that deliver impact, and establishing Microsoft as a leader. Provide feedback to Microsoft on customer development needs, blockers, or mitigation strategies.
• You will analyze customer usage versus needs to drive greater consumption of cloud and support services, using insights to recommend strategies that expand, retain, and optimize Azure consumption.
• You will apply technical knowledge and customer insights to develop modernized roadmaps, architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, and ensure technical viability and successful deployment of new projects.
• You will conduct Architectural Design Sessions to create implementation plans aligned with customer business goals and technical environments.
• You will collaborate with other Digital Cloud Solution Architects and the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure proper deployment of Azure cloud solutions.
• You will engage closely with customers to meet or exceed team targets, manage customer progress in CRM, forecast, assess risks, and develop performance improvement plans during weekly reviews.

• Experience in technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, or technical sales.
• Or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, plus relevant experience.
• Or relevant certifications from Microsoft or other platforms, plus experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with extensive experience in technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, or sales.
• Experience with cloud solution design, migrations, and management.
