Sellick Partnership are partnering with a global professional services business based in Newcastle upon Tyne to recruit for a permanent Head of Security & Platform Engineering.
You will be responsible for 4 technology towers and instrumental at building governance frameworks, embedding a dynamic security culture and driving high class cyber resilience across the organisation.
The Head of Security & Platform Engineering will be responsible for the strategic leadership, governance and operational oversight of platform delivery and cyber security functions, as well as system reliability and digital workspace services.
- Proven experience managing cyber security and technology teams in a global and complex environment.
- Experience in IT leadership roles managing platform/ infrastructure services.
- Excellent understanding of IT Infrastructure, cloud platforms and enterprise collab tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL based service management.
- Experience in delivering security solutions within complex and global environments.
- Expertise in compliance and security frameworks such as Cyber Essentials Plus.
- ITIL Foundation or Expert Level certified.
- Relevant cloud certifications in Azure of AWS.
