We at Cadent Gas are looking for an Information Security Manager to join our innovative Security Program, SecOps27. This program modernizes operational technology, integrates IT and operations teams, and employs evolving technologies to secure our assets.

1. Cyber Security Assessment and Policy Development: Evaluate Cadent's cybersecurity posture and develop policies to mitigate risks, aligning with the company's risk appetite set by executive leadership.
2. Policy Implementation and Information Protection: Implement policies and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information across formats and states.
3. Control Framework Management and Strategy Definition: Manage the cybersecurity control framework, conduct audits, and define strategies, policies, and guidelines for managing controls across networks, systems, and data.
4. Risk Assessment and Framework Alignment: Conduct risk assessments, process reviews, and control testing; monitor and report on risks; collaborate with the central risk team to ensure alignment with the corporate risk framework.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Preferred certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, or CISM.
3. Proven expertise in security controls, policy development, and management across enterprise networks.
4. Experience with third-party security risk assessments and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, SWIFT, PCI DSS).
5. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework.
6. Experience in adapting security controls to emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
7. Understanding of security principles in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Salesforce).
