A specialist recruitment agency is looking for a Security & Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join a service and maintenance team in Belfast. This role involves service and maintenance of security and fire alarm systems, requiring excellent customer service and technical skills. About the Role:
A leading service and maintenance team is seeking a Security and Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join their growing operation in Belfast. Candidates with experience in either discipline-security or fire alarms-are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided.
You will be responsible for delivering safe, compliant servicing and maintenance of security and fire alarm systems across various client sites. This role demands excellent customer service, technical expertise, and a commitment to compliance and quality standards.
- Service and maintain security and fire alarm systems to industry standards
- Provide technical advice and ensure systems are fit for purpose

- Maintain accurate records and complete all required administration

- Experience with LAN/WAN, POE, servers, and Microsoft operating systems
- Knowledge of switches, routers, wireless extenders, SQL, XML, MS Office
- Experience with integrated systems and client/server access control
