A leading law firm in Bristol is seeking a Private Client Partner to join their ambitious team. You will be responsible for advising on IHT planning, wills, and trust matters, as well as administering taxable estates. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in private client work and a strong reputation in the field. This role offers a professional yet friendly working environment.

Responsabilités
- Advise on IHT planning, wills, LPA, and Trust drafting.
- Administer taxable estates with business and agricultural assets.
- Support the growth of the Private Client team.
My client is seeking to recruit a confident Partner to support the growth of their ambitious Private Client team based in their Bristol office. You will work directly with a team of dedicated individuals across the country.
- Non-contentious private client
- Advising in relation to IHT planning, will, LPA and Trust drafting
- Advising individuals on lifetime giving and the protection of wealth
- Advising institutional trustees and executors (including private banks/family offices), on all aspects of trusteeship and estate administration
- Administering taxable estates (with business assets, agricultural assets and trust interests, etc)
You will have already gained considerable experience in these types of matters, and have developed a strong reputation with a variety of clients and business networks. We will expect you to take a key role in the department and increasing its presence within the market.
