Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Manage corporate orders and communicate with clients
• Offer product advice and prepare quotations
• Resolve customer complaints and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate customer service records

What We're Looking For

• A people-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Comfortable using IT systems and juggling multiple tasks
• Positive, resilient, and motivated to deliver excellent service
• Flexible to work some evenings and weekends during the festive season
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required — full training provided
• A full driving licence and access to a car is essential
