* Working closely with multidisciplinary teams-including social workers, psychologists, and education welfare officers-to ensure holistic support

What We're Looking For:

* A recent criminology, psychology, or social sciences graduate, or someone with a strong interest in youth justice, education and training.

* A compassionate, patient, and resilient mindset with a genuine passion for making a difference

* A desire to build a long-term career supporting vulnerable young people in either educational or therapeutic settings

* Some previous experience (formal or informal) with young people is helpful, but full training will be provided

* Able to commute to Ampthill and work full-time during term time
