SEN Teaching Assistant - Thatcham

ASAP Start - Full-Time Position

Are you enthusiastic, caring, and eager to support children with additional needs? A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Thatcham is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. Supporting students with Autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs, this role offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in a nurturing educational setting.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will help deliver tailored learning activities, assist with communication development, support emotional regulation, and work closely with teachers, therapists, and other specialists. Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils will be central to your role.
