A financial consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their supportive team in Glasgow. You will be responsible for key credit control tasks such as recording billing information, managing direct debit processes, and following up on rejections. Candidates need a strong background in high-volume credit control, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. This full-time role offers a competitive salary up to £28,000 along with a bonus scheme, pension, and life assurance.

Responsabilidades
- Recording NOPLs on the company CRM/billing system.
- Calculating direct debit reviews and preparing increase letters.
- Handling direct debit rejections and follow-ups.
Conhecimentos
Lusona is partnering exclusively with our well‑established client in the property management sector to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. Reporting directly to the Credit Manager, you will join a small, supportive team and take responsibility for a range of key credit control activities.
- Recording NOPLs on the company CRM/billing system
- Calculating direct debit reviews and preparing DD increase review letters
- Handling and following up on direct debit rejections
- Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume credit control environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High levels of self‑discipline, motivation, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
This full‑time position offers a competitive salary of up to £28,000 plus an excellent benefits package, including:
