This hybrid role requires leading a team and managing substantial debt ledgers exceeding £60 million. Candidates should have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, along with proven experience in accounts receivable and credit control. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with team leadership experience.
  • Strong relationship management skills are essential.
  • Prior experience managing credit insurance and policy renewal is highly desirable.
  • Experience in overseeing multi million pound debt ledgers is required.
  • Must demonstrate a clear understanding of accounts receivable management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee credit control for key brands with debt ledgers exceeding £60 million.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and improvement of cash flow.
  • Lead a team of two and facilitate efficient process improvements.
