Qualificações
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent experience required.
- Proven track record with large, complex projects in relevant sectors.
- Experience in mentoring junior team members.
Responsabilidades
- Provide Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services on projects.
- Manage projects from feasibility to completion including cost estimates.
- Build strong client relationships and manage key stakeholders.

Senior Cost Consultant - Life Sciences. Location: UK (focus on London, Oxford & Cambridge). Permanent Position. Salary: £53,000 - £63,000 + benefits.
- Provide Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services for science and research projects across the UK & Europe
- Manage projects from feasibility to completion, including cost estimates, benchmarking, procurement, and contract management
- Build strong client relationships and manage key stakeholders effectively
- Support and mentor junior colleagues within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to the delivery of smart, safe, and sustainable environments where people live, learn, and thrive
- MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record delivering large, complex construction projects - ideally within Life Sciences, Research, Technology, or heavy MEP sectors
- Strong understanding of cost and value drivers
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Digital Cost Management tools (e.g. CostX, 5D BIM, Benchmarking software)
- Leadership qualities with experience mentoring junior team members
