Our Finance team are looking to appoint a Cost Transformation Specialists where you will analyse, design and optimise processes to improve efficiency and productivity in line with the functions purpose and principles.
Working collaboratively across teams, the role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, implementing change, and ensuring continuous enhancement.
The role will deliver effective and well managed change across many end-to-end processes utilising their deep skillset of understanding business processes and having curiosity within the innovation space.

So, you'll usually find us in the office, but working from home is supported, when you need it. This role may involve occasional travel to other office locations as required.
You’ll be based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring over 5 years of experience in process improvement, ideally within finance, procure-to-pay, or operations.
You’ll be skilled in process mapping, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong grasp of tools like Excel, Power BI, SAP ECC, and Ariba.
Preferably Six Sigma Green Belt certified, you’ll have a proven track record of leading change, influencing stakeholders, and delivering strategic insights.
Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential, along with a proactive mindset and a solid understanding of business processes and controls.
Accountancy and Procurement Qualifications also preferred but not essential.
