Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare statutory accounts for Limited Companies with turnovers ranging from £500k to £30m.
• Complete management accounts and engage in discussions with clients.
• Manage client relationships and address daily queries.
• Offer accounts, tax, and general business advice to clients.
• Attend appointments with potential new clients.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Cultivate effective working relationships, collaboration, and communication across all finance teams.

We're seeking someone with:

• Relevant practice experience in managing substantial clients, take ownership, and develop a client portfolio.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to independently and satisfactorily resolve client issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, communicating effectively at all levels.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality written communications.
• A positive mindset, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a complex environment.
• ACCA or ICAEW qualification.
