Assistant Management Accountant — Multi-Site Finance (3-6mo)
Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant in Borehamwood, United Kingdom. This position offers a 3-6 month contract with the possibility of a longer-term opportunity. Responsibilities include preparing financial journals, supporting ledger teams, and assisting with audits. Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-site finance environment preferred.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Confidence in preparing accruals and prepayment journals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post accruals, prepayments and depreciation journals.
- Support Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger teams when needed.
- Reconcile simple balance sheet accounts.
- Roll accounts forward in Excel each month.
- Assist with audit preparation and information collection.
