- Advising on company share sales and purchases.
- Advising on business and asset sales and purchases.
- Advising on areas of company law applicable to private companies.
- Drafting and advising on partnership and LLP agreements.
- Drafting commercial agreements, including Agency and Distribution Agreements.

- Advising on company share sales and purchases.
- Advising on business and asset sales and purchases.
- Advising on all areas of company and commercial law generally applicable to private companies.
- Drafting and advising on partnership and LLP agreements.
- Drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, Agency Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Terms and Conditions of Trading and Shareholders' Agreements.
