In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 to 30 employees, maintaining financial oversight, and acting as the primary contact with clients. Servest are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to cover FM role across this national contract. You will be working flexibly to meet business requirements, Monday - Friday between 7am - 10pm, 40 hours per week. You will be responsible for overseeing effective delivery of Technical Services, Cleaning services, Reception Services, Business Events Centre, Porterage, Catering, Helpdesk, Mail Room, Window Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance and other service lines and ad hoc areas as required.
