Responsibilities

In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll help plan, create and deliver engaging digital content across social media channels, website and internal communications. You'll bring creativity and flair to photography, graphics, and short‑form video, while also supporting wider marketing campaigns, events and brand initiatives across the business.

You'll also play an important part in the administrative side of marketing—managing templates, coordinating approvals, maintaining branded documentation, and ensuring all content aligns with the company brand and company values.

  • Create engaging digital content — photography, graphics, video and written social posts
  • Support the management of the website, social media channels and digital presence
  • Develop press releases and work with media and client PR teams on content approval and publication
  • Produce branded tender graphics, templates and marketing materials that align with our identity
  • Support internal campaigns, wellbeing initiatives, events and Social Value activities across the business
Qualifications

The successful Content Creator & Marketing Administrator must have the following experience:

  • Experience producing content for social media, including short‑form video and photography
  • Qualification in Digital Marketing or similar - desirable
  • Experience in a marketing, content or digital communications role
  • Graphic design experience and excellent written communication skills
  • Strong planning, organisation and multitasking ability — with an eye for detail
