A leading construction company in Mansfield is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee building affordable homes. In this role, you will manage onsite teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects meet quality standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in new build housing, excellent knowledge of construction processes, and skills in managing labour-only contractors. - Previous experience as a Site Manager on high volume new build housing developments.
- Must have extensive knowledge of managing labour only groundworkers/contractors.
- Full UK driving licence is required.

- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
