Job summary
A leading luxury property developer is seeking a Project Sales Manager in London to oversee the sale of luxury apartments. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing sales and a background in the construction or property industry. Responsibilities include guiding sales teams, conducting viewings, and ensuring compliance throughout the sales process. Strong relationship-building skills and a professional demeanor are essential for success in this role. The position offers a base salary of £40,000.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer facing sales roles with a focus on newer properties.
- Must be personable and professional with strong relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Guide sales consultants to enhance collaboration and sales effectiveness.
- Conduct viewings, both in person and virtually.
- Generate potential sales leads through agents and customer follow-ups.
- Progress reservations through to exchange and ensure compliance.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and propose new marketing ideas.
