Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction methods and technology.
• Familiarity with measurement and valuation.
• Experience in contract administration.
• Understanding of subcontract/materials orders and buying.
• Ability to manage claims, loss, and expense.
• Awareness of Wates contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pre- and post-contract strategies.
• Promote compliance with group SHE policies.
• Support team development through PDRs and training.
• Build strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Manage subcontract packages and procurement strategies.
• Make sound commercial decisions and maintain compliance.

Skills

Strong commercial acumen and cost control

Effective relationship-building with PQS, design teams, and supply chain

Confident in financial reporting and final accounts

Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Education
