Strategic Property Portfolio Consultant
Job summary
A leading grocery retailer is looking for a motivated Property Consultant to join their Property Portfolio Team in Elmbridge. You will review expansion proposals, ensure compliance, and provide valuable support to senior management. Experience in Real Estate and portfolio management is a plus. This position offers a hybrid work model with up to two days work from home, 35 days of holiday, and additional perks including a pension scheme and in-store discounts.

- High level of due diligence to ensure proposal accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Review store and warehouse expansion proposals and present to Senior Management.
- Ensure compliance of all submitted proposals.
- Conduct feasibility assessments including profitability.
- Lead ad-hoc projects and liaise with Regional Property Offices.
- Manage document and system processes for proposal analysis.
