We are seeking a motivated and dynamic PRS Lettings Negotiator (SO2) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of property lettings, assisting tenants in finding their ideal homes and landlords in securing reliable tenants. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be critical in facilitating seamless transactions and building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from start to finish, including property viewings, handling inquiries, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. As a PRS Lettings Negotiator, you will also stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, actively engaging with the local community to promote our available listings. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the real estate industry and possesses a keen eye for detail, along with a customer-oriented approach that prioritizes the needs of clients.
