Senior Account Director
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Account Director with a strong background in creative/agency and/or client-side marketing, eager to contribute to multi-channel campaigns within the hospitality sector. Building excellent relationships with senior client stakeholders and leading and mentoring the team will be crucial in this role.
You will manage strategic relationships with our clients, lead creative and strategic discussions, oversee all creative campaigns, and collaborate with planning, scheduling, and design teams to ensure top-quality deliverables. Additionally, you will oversee the wider ITG / Greene King team to ensure exceptional service and a cohesive approach across service lines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams, while leading, developing, and mentoring your team.
- Partnership and Customer Service: Ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer service and becomes an integral part of the client’s organization.
- Marketing and Branding: Demonstrating understanding of marketing and branding, staying updated on technological advancements, and leveraging SME support when needed.
- Team Management: Conducting appraisals, setting OKRs and PDPs, coaching, mentoring, and managing performance issues.
- ITG Services & Tech: Understanding ITG products and services to demonstrate benefits and explore opportunities with SME support.
- Problem Solving and Escalation: Acting as the primary point for account queries and challenges, supporting proactively and leading solutions.
- Commercial Management: Collaborating with finance and commercial teams to manage budgets, profitability, invoicing, and client debt.
- Management Reporting: Ensuring timely and high-standard management reports.
- Client Meetings: Planning and delivering engaging quarterly and annual reviews focusing on achievements, deliverables, and opportunities.
- Client Growth: Developing growth plans for clients by identifying needs and converting opportunities.
Requirements:
- Background in creative agency or client-side marketing, preferably both.
- Experience in B2C, particularly in hospitality; other sectors a bonus.
- Service-oriented mindset, putting customers first.
- Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and guiding them effectively.
- Understanding of creative processes and ability to translate briefs into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of marketing disciplines and multi-channel activation.
- Experience organizing and managing photoshoots is a plus.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Numerate and commercially aware.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
