At urbanbubble, we believe cities should be vibrant, fun, and full of life. We’re all about creating welcoming communities where people feel truly at home. If you’re someone who loves making connections, providing top‑tier service, and bringing positive energy to everything you do, we’d love for you to join us as a Resident Services Assistant!

As a Resident Services Assistant, you’ll be right at the heart of our community, ensuring our residents have an amazing experience from the moment they first contact us. You’ll be involved in everything from tenancy arrangements to making sure each day runs smoothly.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Arranging Tenancies: You’ll handle all the behind‑the‑scenes work, from completing residency checks to coordinating payments, drafting agreements, and putting together welcome packs. You’ll be the first face our new residents meet, setting the stage for a warm and smooth move‑in experience.
  • Lease Renewals: You’ll keep things running smoothly by managing tenancy renewals and extensions. You’ll be the go‑to person for residents when it’s time to chat about renewing their lease or negotiating rent increases.
  • Leads Management: You’ll help guide prospective residents through the application process, manage leads, conduct viewings (either in person or virtually), and close deals to meet our lettings targets. Your approachable and friendly attitude will have them excited to join our community.
  • And So Much More: From supporting resident events to keeping things organised with emails and move‑in inductions, you’ll ensure everything is running like clockwork.
What we’re looking for:
  • A Property Mark Level 6 qualification (or equivalent)
  • A proactive, positive, and resilient attitude
  • A passion for customer service and solving problems
  • Experience in property management or lettings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other property management systems (don’t worry, we’ll train you on anything new!)
  • A can‑do attitude and a love for working with a team that’s both fun and driven
And here’s what we offer;

We're passionate about our people & making sure that you have everything you need for your health, wellbeing & personal growth.

After all, it's not just about what you do here - it's about being part of a company that truly cares & supports you!
