Job description

Good Tuesday is a design-led stationery brand and a certified B Corp. We create beautiful tools to help people plan their time with purpose. We believe good planning creates space for what really matters.

We have all the makings of an iconic brand — impactful products, a loyal community, and a strong sense of purpose. We're growing fast, and we’re looking for curious, kind, and capable people who want to help grow a company that uses business as a force for good — and have fun doing it.

Now, we need someone to lead our marketing strategy, help build a high-performing team, and drive measurable growth across all our channels.

This is a brand new, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. You should be equally comfortable working on high-level strategy, diving into analytics, and rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns.

  • Alongside the director, develop and manage the global marketing plan, ensuring it aligns with key business objectives across e-commerce, wholesale, and retail partnerships.
  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, email, social, and influencer marketing.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are deeply data-driven, focusing on LTV, retention, CAC, and ROAS.
Community Growth
  • Oversee content strategy across social media, email, and blog, ensuring it aligns with our tone of voice and brand values.
  • Drive community engagement, leveraging UGC (user-generated content), collaborations, and influencer marketing.
Performance & Data-Driven Growth
  • Use data to optimise performance marketing channels, focusing on acquiring high-quality customers.
  • Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to personalise marketing efforts.
  • Implement marketing attribution models to better understand what’s driving sales and repeat purchases.
  • Create a clear reporting structure and share regular performance insights with the leadership team.
Wholesale & Retail Marketing
  • Develop marketing support packages for our wholesale and retail partners, helping them sell our products effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales team to integrate marketing efforts into wholesale growth strategies.
  • Create co-branded partnerships that expand our reach in new and existing markets.
Leadership & Team building
  • Manage a small team and coordinate the work of freelancers and agency partners (including paid media, SEO, and PR). Help identify future team needs and support hiring as the business grows.
  • Support a culture of continuous learning and testing, ensuring the team stays ahead of marketing trends.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and sales to align marketing with broader company goals.
Experience & Skills
  • Proven track record in a marketing role, ideally in a fast-growing e-commerce or consumer brand.
  • Startup & scale-up experience – you thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Deep knowledge of paid digital marketing (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads) and performance metrics.
  • Strong background in retention marketing.
  • Highly data-driven, with a deep understanding of LTV, CAC, ROAS, and retention strategies.
  • Strong brand and content marketing skills, with an eye for storytelling and creative direction.

Ability to manage a team, setting clear OKR’s and KPIs and driving accountability.

You’ll Thrive Here If You...

  • Love a challenge – you enjoy figuring things out and scaling brands.
  • Are customer-obsessed – you think about the entire customer journey, not just marketing metrics.
  • Are hands-on and strategic – you can set a vision and execute it with precision.
  • Have a commercial mindset – you don’t just look at marketing metrics but the overall business impact.
  • Are a natural leader – you can build and inspire a team.
  • Are agile and adaptable – you can pivot when needed and keep things moving.

We use business as a force for good — Our values guide how we work, how we make decisions, and how we treat each other.

1. Customer First

We exist for our customers. We listen deeply, design meaningfully, and act fast to serve their needs. Every decision starts here.
What we expect:
You think like a customer — in how you design, communicate, solve problems, or prioritise your time. You care about creating helpful, joyful experiences.

2. Caring

We lead with empathy. Whether it’s our team, customers, or partners — we treat people with kindness, assume good intentions, and build trust through respect.
What we expect:
You’re thoughtful in how you speak, write, and show up. You look out for others, give feedback constructively, and support the team without ego.

3. Raise the Bar

We’re not here to be average. We go for better — in quality, creativity, and how we show up every day.
What we expect:
You take pride in your work. You ask “how could this be even better?” and you care about the details — whether it’s a product, a process, or a team project.

We speak clearly and take responsibility. We do what we say, take feedback well, and build trust in small moments — and big ones.
What we expect:
You communicate openly. You meet deadlines, own mistakes, and follow through. You help build a culture of trust, not blame.

5. Purposeful

We act with intention. No busy work, no filler. We focus on what moves the needle and build systems that last.
What we expect:
You prioritise high-impact work, challenge unnecessary complexity, and think beyond today’s to-do list. You make things better, not just busier.

If this sounds like you… we’d love to hear from you:

• You are honest, straightforward and transparent

• You are kindhearted

• You are approachable and accessible

• You want to get your hands dirty

• You are flexible

• You are entrepreneurial, smart, and passionate

• If you don't know something, you say so. Then go figure it out

• You love working in a creative environment

• You have a sense of humour

• You are an insatiable learner

• You care about our planet and our community

Culture

When you join our team, you will become an integral member of our community. We place equal value on every team member, fostering a culture centred around kindness and collaboration. Maintaining the smooth operation of our organisation is a collective effort. Everyone, no matter what position, is always ready to pitch in, even the directors help with packing orders when needed. We are looking for people who share this adaptable 'can-do' mindset and thrive in an environment where change is embraced.

We are offering a full time permanent contract, based at Lanteague Studios, Zelah, Cornwall.

A competitive salary of £35,000-£38,000

  • Flexible work hours (core studio hours between 10am and 3pm)
  • Generous product allowance and discounts
  • Ongoing Training and Development
  • Healthy Workplace pledge with annual health checks
  • Cycle to work scheme
