About the job Head of Marketing - Blockchain

A cutting‑edge cross‑chain smart contract platform is seeking to bring in an experienced and commercially focused Head of Marketing, with experience in blockchain/crypto projects, ideally in the Polkadot ecosystem.

This is a chance to bring your experience across marketing, design and community engagement, to create a full marketing strategy for growth and scale‑up.

The Role

Reporting directly to CEO, this role is part of the leadership team, to help ensure the success and direction of this highly innovative and well backed platform, bringing something new and exciting to the sector.

• Plan, execute and deliver the marketing strategy
• Branding, positioning and design while ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Leverage existing partnerships, investors and clients to maximise reach
• Pitch to crypto media outlets, podcasts, newsletters etc

The Candidate

This role will suit a Marketing expert who lives and breathes blockchain, who has worked on best Marketing strategy and growth for Web3 focussed companies.

• Over 5 years experience in marketing with previous experience in blockchain
• Demonstrable experience and results in growing a crypto community.
• Knowledge of the Polkadot ecosystem, as well as the larger cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape
• Entrepreneurial mindset and analytical mind
• Native or Fluent English language is a must
