We’re looking for an Assistant Civil Engineer who is passionate about water, drainage, and infrastructure. Whether you're a recent graduate or early in your career, this is your opportunity to grow in a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment.

Your Purpose:

1. Develop your experience by contributing to a variety of drainage design, wastewater, and surface water management projects, with opportunities to support the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and recognised industry leaders on major UK projects such as Sizewell C, Lower Thames Crossing, and initiatives to reduce Combined Sewer Overflow spills.
3. Help shape holistic water management strategies that transcend traditional boundaries, focusing on sustainability, climate resilience, and community protection.
4. Leverage digital tools and data to innovate and improve efficiency across water and infrastructure sectors.
5. Contribute to socially impactful initiatives like the EDAROTH programme, supporting sustainable housing and infrastructure for underserved communities.

What you can bring:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Enthusiasm for civil, water, and environmental engineering.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
• Interest in pursuing professional accreditation (e.g., ICE or CIWEM) or working towards it.
