Community Engagement & Wellbeing Worker

Location: Balsall Heath

Hours: 21 hours per week (3 days)

Contract: Subject to 6‑month probationary review

Start date: ASAP

What We're Looking For
  • A warm, approachable communicator who enjoys working with diverse communities
  • Experience in community work, wellbeing support, or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently across three set days
  • Someone reliable, motivated, and ready to start as soon as possible
