A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects within the rail and infrastructure sector. Candidates should have a relevant degree, chartered status or be pursuing it, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction sector in a similar role.
  • Experience with main contractors delivering Civils, M&E, and Railway infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all commercial aspects of all projects.
  • Lead the commercial review of high value contractor applications.
  • Produce applications for payment and invoices compliant with funding agreements.
  • Support in pre-contract procurement of suppliers/main contractors.
