A leader in livestock health innovation seeks a Herd Health & Performance Analyst to analyze data and provide actionable insights for farmers. The role requires a degree in agriculture or a related field and offers a competitive salary of 25-30k. This position includes a hybrid working model, a company vehicle, and professional development opportunities.
AHV is driving a new era in livestock health — one where proactive prevention becomes the norm, keeping herds healthier for longer and supporting long-term productivity. By improving animal welfare, performance, and sustainability, AHV helps farmers and the wider food chain meet the evolving demands of society, building a stronger and more resilient future for agriculture — one farm at a time.
At the heart of our approach are AHV Health Plans — structured, farm-specific programmes built around real farm data, science, and hands-on consultant support. These plans help farmers take control of herd health, track measurable progress, and make confident, informed decisions that protect both productivity and profitability.
Every Health Plan relies on accurate, consistent data — and the insights that come from it — to show farmers where they are today, where they can be tomorrow, and how to get there.
That’s where this role comes in.
We are seeking a Herd Health & Performance Analyst to join our UK & Ireland team — an exciting opportunity for a data-driven agriculture graduate to work directly with our consultants, farmers, and global team to turn herd data into actionable insights that improve farm performance and sustainability.
