A leading financial institution is seeking a Strategic Performance Manager in London to deliver key reporting on business performance. The role involves developing strategic reports, supporting decision-making processes, and leveraging best practices for continuous improvement in a high-performing team. Applicants should have significant financial services experience and strong analytical and relational skills.
What is the opportunity? Located in the Channel Islands or London the Strategic Performance Manager is responsible for delivering key priorities related to the measurement and reporting of business performance. Delivering effective and consistent analysis and reporting at the Wealth Management Europe (WME) level and at line of business and product level. This role supports “telling the story” of Wealth Management to drive enhanced decision making.
RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
