About the Role

Ansty Hall, a charming Georgian manor house set in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, is looking for a confident and service-driven Guest Services Supervisor to join our front-of-house team. With its elegant interiors and welcoming atmosphere, Ansty Hall is a popular destination for leisure stays, weddings, and corporate events. Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out.
  • Support and guide the Guest Services team, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Monitor reservations and occupancy levels, assisting with room allocations and upgrades.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and service across all guest-facing areas.
  • Assist with training new team members and promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or guest services role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural leader with a hands‑on approach and positive attitude.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera or similar) is desirable.
