A global risk management firm in Knutsford seeks an Administrator - Healthcare for their Occupational Health team. The role involves managing referrals, processing clinical reports, and liaising with healthcare providers. Ideal candidates should have excellent administrative and customer service skills, with previous experience. This part-time position (25 hours) allows for designing a supportive and efficient OH function.
Join our Occupational Health (OH) team as an Administrator - Healthcare (Part-Time 25 hours) is responsible for supporting the OH Team with a variety of administrative duties to include processing and co-ordinating absence management referrals, arranging typing of clinical reports, appointment making, dealing with telephone queries from clients and OH providers, assisting with the processing of invoices and checking all clinical notes are saved correctly on Sharepoint.
This includes liasing with the OH Case Managers, Occupational Health Clinicians, and contact with GP Surgeries and Clinical Consultants to chase reports.
