The Scunthorpe office is located close to the train station. We support adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health in our services around Scunthorpe.
We are setting up a fortnightly coffee morning at our office in Scunthorpe, attended by our Service Users. We’re looking for volunteers to help set up and run the coffee morning, and assist with tidying up afterwards. You will take direction from staff to set up the room, move tables and chairs, and ensure the space is accessible for wheelchair users.
During the event, you will circulate and chat with Service Users, ensuring everyone is having fun and music is playing. You will prepare and serve tea and coffee. After the event, you will help restore the room and wash up, ensuring all items are tidied away.
As a volunteer with Creative Support, you will receive training, have access to a volunteer supervisor, an induction, a monthly newsletter, and an online support group via Zoom.
