Discover Pavyllon London, a Michelin‑starred restaurant in the heart of Mayfair and the British expression of Chef Yannick Alléno’s modern French cuisine, blending culinary artistry with the relaxed elegance of a neighbourhood restaurant. Every dish reflects his innovation, precision and passion for reinvention, with counter seating offering front‑row access to a dynamic open kitchen.
As our Sommelier, you will work closely with the Head Sommelier to deliver an engaging and elevated wine experience for our guests. Pavyllon is a space that radiates warmth, and you will play a key role in bringing that atmosphere to life each day.
Support the wine service across lunch and dinner, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience
Assist with wine pairings and recommendations, tailored to individual guest preferences
Maintain and update the wine list in collaboration with the Head Sommelier
Contribute to staff training and development around wine knowledge
Ensure proper storage, stock rotation and inventory of wine
Engage with guests to share your passion and knowledge of wine in an approachable and professional manner
