What our Client is offering the successful CNC Machinist:

• Up to £33,000 per annum
• Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 1pm
• Permanent role
• 25 days holidays + bank holidays

The Role - CNC Machinist

• Programming and operating CNC machines
• Working with CNC millers, lathes, or turning machines
• Working with 3-axis or 5-axis CNC machines
• Working on Fanuc controls
• Maintain all production paperwork
• Ensure daily preventative maintenance procedures are maintained
• Maintain gauging and measuring equipment

What we are looking for in a CNC Machinist:

• Previous experience working with CNC machines ESSENTIAL
• NVQ level 3 qualifications in CNC machining or equivalent ESSENTIAL
• Experience of working in an engineering machining environment for a minimum of 3 years. ESSENTIAL
• CAD / CAM experience ESSENTIAL
• Experience of programming Fanuc controls ESSENTIAL
• Experience working with 4th/5th axis experience DESIRABLE
• Experience of working with a variety of material types. ESSENTIAL
