Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking an experienced Unscheduled Care Lead to oversee the Primary Care team at HMP Brixton. This role requires you to provide exceptional patient care and lead a multi-disciplinary team in a challenging environment. You will be responsible for implementing evidence-based practices, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and promoting patient engagement.
