Job Description: Team Leader

Salary: £13 per hour (£27,040 per annum)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Affinity Supporting People South Limited - Morecambe. Affinity Supporting People South Limited is part of the National Care Group. We provide supported living services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health, and challenging behaviours. As a Team Leader, you will promote and ensure that the company’s vision of person-centred support is implemented while maintaining an individual’s potential and independence. You will be the front-line manager, ensuring all back-office duties are completed within compliance. Respect, cooperation, dignity, and confidence are key qualities for this role.

• Overall staff management and development.
• Leading the team in promoting clients’ well-being, safety, and quality of life.
• Monitoring and assisting in the delivery of activities aligned with client goals and outcomes.
• Effective liaison with external parties to ensure clear communication.
• Adherence to company policies, legislation, and standards.
• Meeting individual annual objectives.
• Participating in on-call duties.

• Respectful, attentive, empathetic, kind, friendly, and honest.

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Minimum of Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
