Overview

We are seeking reliable, confident, and flexible individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors. This is a general recruitment advert for candidates who can provide classroom supervision across a range of subjects and year groups when teachers are absent. The role is ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, experienced support staff, or anyone interested in working in a school environment.

Responsibilities

Cover Supervisors play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning by delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting students throughout the school day.

Qualifications

Applicants should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage groups of young people, and a calm, professional manner.
