Are you passionate about Warehouse and Distribution and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at the Cullompton site. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 forklift drivers and Office Personnel tasked with offloading and sorting palletised freight for onward loading of local delivery.

• Provide leadership and supervision overnight to a team of 6 Forklift drivers and Office staff.
• Operation debriefs with shift Team Leader and ensuring loading of vehicles is completed.
• You will also be required to work closely with the transport teams to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
• Coordination of activities including Holiday & Sickness cover planning, Operational communications, Health & Safety compliance and equipment maintenance.
• Assisting with team brief topics and documentation.
• Managing the equipment maintenance and service schedule for the operational equipment.
• Investigating all queries, both internal and external.
• Assisting in production of KPI's and daily statistics.

• Counterbalance Forklift Licence required.
• Experience working within the pallet network industry is desirable but full training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Solution-driven and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Competitive Salary: Salary from £36,000pa to £40,000pa, depending on experience.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 00:00 - 02:00hrs start time to 09:00 - 11:00hrs.
