• Ensure Accuracy: Oversee accurate billing and payment procedures, maintaining financial integrity.
• Manage Reputation: Monitor and manage the hotel's online reputation by responding to guest reviews and feedback.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a hotel reception or front office role, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation and management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
