A respected school trust is seeking a reliable and proactive Premises Manager to ensure safety and maintenance of school buildings and grounds. This part-time role involves overseeing daily operations, conducting maintenance routines, and supervising cleaning staff. The ideal candidate will have caretaking or site management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a UK driving license. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute positively to a dedicated school community.
Qualifications
- Experience in caretaking, maintenance or site management.
- Must have a full UK driving licence.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and manual handling.
Responsabilités
- Oversee day-to-day running of the school site.
- Maintain buildings, grounds and facilities.
- Supervise cleaning staff, trainees and support workers.
