We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to progress their career as a Night Receptionist in a luxury hotel.

The Role

As a Night Receptionist, you will often be the first person to welcome our guests. You will need to ensure you display an approachable and caring manner and thrive on interacting with people.

You will also - but not be limited to:

  • Complete check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner;
  • Look after all guest requests that you may receive;
  • Reporting and handing over any issues that may have occured during the night shift to the Night / Duty Manager;
  • Assist with amenities and any other requests of guests;
  • Ensure all telephone calls are answered efficiently and professionally;
  • Have a full working knowledge of the Hilton Honours program and its benefits – taking every opportunity to enroll new members;
  • Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information on to the guest whenever possible to maximise hotel sales;
  • Complete all Front Office administration tasks with accuracy and on time;
  • Liaise with all departments and communicate effectively with other teams and assist when necessary;
The Person

As well as having previous experience in a similar role, we look for Night Receptionists to have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.
