Role Overview

The role involves delivering person‑centred care in clients’ homes, following company policies, agreed standards, and relevant legislation. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing care in line with current best practice
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, personal care, and medication assistance
  • Maintaining and updating care skills through training and professional development as required
Location

Services are provided to clients in Chard and the surrounding towns and villages of Yeovil, Taunton, Langport.

Shifts

Must have availability to work between 6am-10pm. Alternate weekend availability.
