- Proven senior/associate-level background in development infrastructure.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, PDS and Flow.
- Strong knowledge of UK drainage, flood risk and planning frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Leading multiple residential infrastructure projects simultaneously.
- Overseeing technical delivery and ensuring quality across the team.
- Managing project budgets, fees and invoicing.
- Developing and reviewing drainage designs, highway layouts, levels and earthworks.
- Preparing planning and technical submissions (S38/S278/S104).
- Guiding, mentoring and developing junior engineers.
- Acting as a key technical contact for clients and stakeholders.
